This is Where the Blackland Praire is located.

Climate: Moist; Mainly Sunny; and good rainfall. The temperature of the Blackland prarie varies all around the year. During the winter it varies from mid 40’s to 50’s Fahrenheit. And in the summer it varies from low to upper 90’s Fahrenheit.

INTERESTING FACTS!!!!!

Texas was once 3/4 prairie and savanna. The Tallgrass Coastal Prairies reached many miles inland from the Gulf, and the Tallgrass Prairie extended from southern Canada through Fort Worth-Dallas south to San Antonio including Texas’ Blackland Prairies and Grand Prairie.
